Opportunity Zones
There has been some news regarding Opportunity Zones in which encourages more investments made by private entrepreneurs; investments made by individuals through special funds in these zones would be allowed to defer or eliminate federal taxes on capital gains.
Designated Opportunity Zones
PQNK wanted to share this tax benefit available throughout the city: Koreatown, Downtown LA, Arts District, East Hollywood, Central Los Angeles, and so many. Beyond the Los Angeles County, some other areas like San Bernadino County, Orange County, and Riverside County are also major components of this zone. See below map for the Opportunity Zones:
Out of many Opportunity Zones throughout the US, many freeway-adjacent and some underdeveloped parts of the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area were included in the zones. These high-growth potential neighborhoods attract more investors to receive greater incentives.
