The abandoned incomplete building will finally have its new life. The incomplete building structure has sat there for years, originally designed to be a youth center and now, it will be a new 100% affordable housing building that consists of 41 residential units with beautiful indoor and outdoor courtyards. This two story with 23,864 sq.ft. area of building will help to resolve the urgent need of low income housing problems in Los Angeles.
