TOUS les JOURS Training Center

In a groundbreaking project for Tous Les Jours, PQNK transformed a 6,000
square foot warehouse into a state-of-the-art culinary institute, setting new
standards in bakery training facilities. This multifunctional space, which
opened its doors in 2024, features specialized rooms dedicated to diferent
aspects of bakery arts including a bake room, cake room, sandwich room,
and a beverage room. The facility also houses classrooms, and office areas,
all designed to foster innovation and mastery in baking.
