As homeless population grows across the Los Angeles county, responding to an urgent need in Los Angeles County for adult residential facility was one of the key items that PQNK could support our neighborhood. The land was transformed from 18,270 sq.ft. vacant lot to the 8,169 sq.ft. one story of adult residential facility building where it provides 16 beds for the people who needs 24-hour basis care because of age, mental disability or other reasons.
