In Progress: 1200 Magnolia Apartments

Construction is well underway at our 1200 Magnolia Avenue project in Los Angeles, located just outside Koreatown.

This multifamily development represents another step in PQNK INC.’s commitment to delivering thoughtful, efficient, and community-oriented housing to the heart of the city.

This four-story wood-framed structure is progressing on schedule, with framing and window installation currently in progress.

Once completed, the building will offer a modern residential environment with a focus on maximizing natural light, space efficiency, and urban comfort.
