As the founding principal of PQNK, Ung has built firm’s system and vision. Practicing architecture for more than 20 years, he not only is a versatile designer but also creates opportunities from constraints and reveals the extraordinary in the ordinary. He recognizes opportunities that exist in challenging projects as his creative problem-solving skills which helped the firm to grow.
He tenaciously gives attention to details and creates various solutions in architecture, as he is passionate about creating spaces that would be indelible to the people occupying them. Because of his professional philosophy, he has worked on wide range of project types, which has aided
the firm to be adept at solving problems of all different kinds of building.
Ung Bum’s in-depth knowledge of building code and building system allows PQNK to design and implement robust solutions that meet highest standards of safety and reliability.

Sun Jung has been working as principal at PONK more than 15 years with strong leadership and management skills. Sun Jung lead a team of architects and engineers of diverse projects, ensuring high standards of design quality and technical excellence. She demonstrated expertise in overseeing all operational aspects of an architectural firm, including project execution, business development, and strategic planning.
Sun Jung has been responsible for setting company’s vision and professional standards. Her attention to detail and concern for clients has enabled PQNK to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
Sun Jung has received her Master of Architecture degree from U.C. Berkeley after the M.S. and B.S. degree in Architecture from Seoul National University. She is a registered architect in the state of California.
