Fresno, once a prosperous agricultural center of the United States, had long been experiencing an economic downturn. However, revitalization efforts have been made to prepare for the anticipated growth from the proposed Hyperloop development in the region as well as Fresno recovering as a bedroom community for the San Francisco area. PQNK collaborated with Englekirk Structural Engineers and many others to convert this historic hotel in Downtown Fresno to an apartment building. This 79-unit apartment building includes 40 affordable units and features historic restorations.
